How can you fit your exercise into a busy lifestyle?

There are a few ways you can start fitting in your all-important exercise.

  • Set an earlier alarm. Getting your exercise in at the start of the day is a great way to give you a boost before your busy day.

  • Multi-task.If you’re worried about not fitting everything in, do your exercise while completing jobs or chores, or even whilst watching your daily dose of your favourite soap on TV.

  • Change up your commute. Try to walk, cycle or scoot to work instead of driving. If it is too far, park further away so you can walk from your car to work.
