End Of Lockdown Fashion
Lockdown has been tough, we have all been wearing loungewear or pyjama's and going-out seems like a million miles away. I've been doing my make-up to just sit in the lounge, and put on a glittery dress for all of 2 minutes just to feel glam! Now is the time to start preparing your wardrobe again for the end of lockdown when we can start to socialise (with social distancing measures in place I imagine) and it's the perfect timing to start building that summer wardrobe! I've got 4 looks for you to give a go, pop into your wardrobe and be fashion ready when all this madness is over!
1. The Fancy Crop
Crop tops will always be a favourite for summer fashion, but this crop in particular is far from boring. It's metallic shine will be perfect for day or night and you can team it with pretty much anything. It's also an amazing one to pop into your suitcase when you finally get on holiday and you could even wear it with bikini bottoms and flip flops at the pool party!
2. The Pastel Dress
Summer colours to me are very much pastels. A lightweight dress that will look amazing with a tan is my perfect choice for a summers evening outside with a cocktail and some cute sandals! This grey dress would look amazing on you walking across the sand, or in a beer garden! Plus you could so easily dress it up with some killer heels and hoops!
3. The Leather Crop
The leather look trend is most definitely coming from winter and into summer I believe. Leather crop tops are going to be the perfect edgy look, and this one is so lush! Teamed with shorts, a skirt or jeans, it is so versatile and fits like a dream. Why not team it with a leather jacket for a cold evening for a real 'biker chick' vibe! A tan will make it look even better!
4. The Velvet Dress
Last but not least is the velvet dress - or the perfect going-out dress for summer. It's lightweight but warm enough to keep you from freezing when you leave the club! The cute front clinches your waist and will distract from any bloating from that massive meal you consumed! I really like the neckline too, it's so flattering and you could even team it with a cute necklace or a statement pair of earrings. Spice it up with some over-the-knee boots for a meal, or team it with some platform heels for a night of dancing!
Let me know what your favourite look is!
With Love,
Leanne xx
