A Foot Care Night In With Superdrug

A night in is sometimes way better than a night out.. and a pamper certainly is! So why not combine the two and have a pamper night in! Superdrug sent me a collection of their foot care range and so I am going to show you how to have an amazing foot pamper using their gorgeous products! You will be left feeling pampered and relaxed and have the softest feet ever!

1. First off, you want to soak your feet in warm water. This could be in a bath, or a large bowl. Soak for about 5 minutes just to soften the skin - you don't need to soak for ages!

2. Rub on a little bit of cracked heel repair cream. This stuff will sooth, rehydrate and soften rough, dry and thickened skin. You only need to use a tiny amount which means that the bottle will last for ages!

3. Next, grab the hard skin remover and buff away all the hard skin using slow gentle rubbing action. This really works to soften the skin and get rid of any build up or callouses. The remover can be used over and over again which is perfect!

4. Next up on the pamper is some foot lotion! The Superdrug Intense Foot Lotion is enriched with Shea Butter and Vitamin E and is a really light lotion that leaves your feel feeling silky and smooth. It's also great if you want a foot massage as it glides perfectly!

5. A foot nourishing sock pack is the next step in the pamper and its probably the nicest. All you do, is pop on the sock and relax for 20 minutes. The socks on the outside are just plastic so you don't need to worry - you can walk around if you need too (just be careful not to slip as the inside is full of cream)!

6. The final step is to wipe off the excess cream from the sock pack after removing them and popping on a fresh pair of socks! You should feel totally pampered and chilled out by this point!
